Privacy Notice
This notice explains the information indexx Wallet uses to provide wallet functionality and protect your account.
Information used
- Indexx account identifiers and authentication tokens.
- Wallet addresses, asset balances, network information, and transaction records returned by the Indexx backend.
- External-wallet addresses and ownership-verification records when you link MetaMask.
- Device, browser, security, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
- Messages and transaction references you voluntarily provide to support.
How information is used
- Authenticate you and display the wallet associated with your account.
- Process requested wallet actions and show transaction status.
- Verify ownership of linked external-wallet addresses.
- Prevent abuse, investigate errors, secure the service, and respond to support requests.
MetaMask and recovery information
indexx Wallet does not request or store your MetaMask private key or MetaMask recovery phrase. MetaMask verification uses a signed, short-lived message. Never send a password, private key, or recovery phrase to support.
Storage and sharing
Information may be processed by Indexx infrastructure and service providers required for authentication, payments, blockchain access, security, and support. Blockchain activity can be publicly visible and cannot generally be deleted from a blockchain.
Your choices
You can unlink a verified external wallet from the External wallets page. You can delete your Indexx account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the Indexx Wallet app, or on the web at wallet.indexx.ai/delete-account. For other account-data questions or access requests, contact support@indexx.ai. Legal retention and blockchain immutability may limit deletion in some cases.
