What to include

• Your Indexx account email.
• The asset and network involved.
• A transaction hash or safe reference, when available.
• The approximate date and time and a description of what happened.
• A screenshot with balances, personal data, and wallet addresses redacted when possible.

Never send

• Your password.
• Any recovery phrase or seed phrase.
• Any wallet private key.
• One-time codes or an unsolicited wallet signature.

Security issue

If you suspect unauthorized access, stop initiating transactions, disconnect untrusted sites from your external wallet, and contact support immediately.
